Goal
Before using OneDisplay they were updating their menus in other graphics packages, exporting, re-uploading and repeating the process. This is not only a cumbersome process but also inefficient when it comes to time-management. Our primarily focus was to speed up their workflow, build on their efficiency and get them comfortable with the software.
Challenge
We had sat down with them, listened to their needs and then learned that they wanted templates rotating on a daily and intraday schedule. In addition to this, editable templates so they could update their menus easily. This is something a lot of busy restaurants require as they adapt to their customer's needs.
Result
We helped them to use our Content Creator to build templates (such as menus), edit what they want and in a few clicks it would update on their screens. Combined with the scheduling feature, menus can now easily be set to roll out daily as well as intraday (Breakfast, lunch, dinner etc). The final product shows simple but clearly defined menus that change as per their scheduling.
Manager Sarah Wiberg, who oversees daily operations and brand presentation, has this to say:

Skafferiet is located just inside the entrance of the Galleria so the screens compliment its high-traffic footfall. They have simple screens, no flashy designs needed, and it just works! You can find them here.
