Located on Murberget in Härnösand, the modern museum building has many interesting exhibitions, a shop and an open-air museum with houses and scenary from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Help the museum get more effective with their screen marketing, saving them time and effort in the long term.
Challenges
The museum had a rocky road with their previous screen software as it was more of a burden than a solution. We approached the situation with the intention of teaching them from the ground up but also to see how they could benefit from using OneDisplay over our competitors. We discussed various screen setups and situations in their business where our features would really come in handy. Namely, our advanced scheduling function that is perfect for venues like museums that change exhibits regularly. We also had a few training sessions with Q&As to make sure they were confident using the software on their own. Lastly, we updated their screen management which was outdated and required some extra hardware.
Result
The screens look great in the museum, blending nicely into the environment so as not to stand out too much and distract visitors. The team at Västernorrlands museum were a great bunch to work with and look forward to more projects.
